A copy of the brief be served on Mr. S.S. Rao, learned counsel, who usually appears fo
r the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha by tomorrow (06.01.2016).
By filing this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for commanding the opposite p
arties to send her answer scripts to Question Analysis Committee by the Board of Secondary Edu
cation, Odisha and further communication of the same to her.
The limited grievance of the petitioner is for a direction to the opposite parties
to re-examine her answer scripts and consequently correcting the final marks awarded in her fa
vour.
Considering the limited grievance of the petitioners, this Court considers not to
issue notice to the opposite parties and dispose of the matter finally directing opposite part
y no.1 to place the answer scripts of the petitioner in respect of the prayer sought in the wr
it petition before the Question Analysis Committee for its decision in the matter within a per
iod of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.
Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party no.1 shall be filed with
in a week.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
