06.01.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

 The petitioner files this application seeking for a direction to the opposite party nos
. 2 and 3 to release the differential arrear salary extending the benefit of Assured Carrier P
rogression Scheme calculating the 15 years of service from the date of appointment i.e. 2.9.19
87 not from the approval within a stipulated time.

 In course of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that highlighting the g
rievance the petitioner has made representation before the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-7
 and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time.
 In view of the aforesaid limited grievance of the petitioner without expressing any opi
nion on the merits of the case this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite par
ty no.2 to consider and dispose of the representation in Annexure-7 and pass appropriate order
 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.
 Requisites for communication of this order to opposite party no.2 shall be filed within
 a week.
