Due to cessation of work by the Bar Association, lawyers are abstaining from the Court
However, looking to the innocuous prayer made in this petition and considering the lim
ited nature of request made in this petition, this Court disposes of this petition with a dire
ction to the Tahasildar, Puri-opposite party No.2 that in the event, the Mutation Case No.4982
/2008 is still pending, the same shall be disposed of taking into consideration the judgment a
nd decree passed in the Title Suit No.90/2002 within a period of three months from the date of
communication of this order but after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concer
ned, if there is no other legal impediment otherwise.
Since the order is passed at the admission stage, petitioner is directed to serve cert
ified copy of this order before the opposite party No.2 within a period of seven days from tod
ay for his/her proceeding in the matter.
Issue urgent certified copy on proper application.
