Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Considering the limited request involved in the matter that the petitioner even tho
ugh has filed an appeal as against an order passed by the O.P.L.E.Authority since 29.11.2016,
the appeal is yet to be registered and there is no posting of the case. In the meantime, for e
xpiry of thirty days period, there is apprehension of eviction of the petitioner and vide Anne
xure-4, the date of eviction has been fixed to 2.12.2016.
Under the circumstance, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that
in the event, the appeal has been filed since 29.11.2016 and is pending consideration of the
Sub-Collector, Kapalapada at Udala, the appeal along with the interim application shall be tak
en up within a period of ten days and for this ten days period, there shall be status quo in r
espect of the disputed property.
