Considering the serious allegation made in the writ petition that a demolition atte
mpt has been made by the Municipal Corporation only on announcement and without initiating any
proceeding, this matter stands disposed of with a direction to the Cuttack Municipal Corporat
ion not to have any demolition process without following due process of law.
