The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has filed an application be
ing I.A. No.1 of 2016 under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 C.P.C. before the learned Additional Civil Jud
ge (Senior Division), Berhampur, but the same has not yet been disposed of.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Adv
ocate for the State-opposite party.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to t
he learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Berhampur to dispose of the aforesaid cas
e at an early date.
Considering the innocuous prayer, the petition is disposed of with a direction
to the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Berhampur, to dispose of I.A. No.1 o
f 2016 within a period of thirty days from the date of production of a certified copy of this
order.
