Challenge is made to the order dated 10.04.2014 passed by Tahasildr, Balasore
in Mutation Case No. 945/2014 under Annexure-3. Against the said order, appeal lies to the Sub
-Collector.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Adv
ocate for the State-opposite party.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty may be granted to the
petitioner to file appeal before the Sub-Collector.
In view of the same, the petition is disposed of with an observation that in t
he event the petitioner files an appeal along with an application for condonation of delay, th
e Sub-Collector shall do well to consider the application for condonation of delay liberally.
Certified copy of the orders under Annexures-2 and 3 be returned to the learned
counsel for the petitioner by substituting photostat copies thereof.
