This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.05.2016.
 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advoc
ate and learned Asst. Solicitor General for opposite party no.3.
 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the address of opposite
 party no.3 has been wrongly mentioned in the cause title of the writ petition as Asst. Defenc
e Estate Officer, Gopalpur-On-Sea, Dist-Ganjam instead of Defence Estate Officer, 73 (F/F), Su
rya Nagar, Unit-VII, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, the said wrong address has been reflected in paragra
ph-4 of the order dated 19.05.2016. She further submits that the same being an inadvertent one
, she may be permitted to correct the cause title and the order dated 19.05.2016 may be correc
ted accordingly.

 Prayer is allowed. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to correc
t the description of opposite party no.3 in the cause title of the writ petition in Court toda
y. In 4th paragraph of the order dated 19.05.2016 the description of opposite party no.3
be read as Defence Estate Officer, 73 (F/F), Surya Nagar, Unit-VII, Bhubaneswar, Odisha instea
d of Defence Estate Officer, Gopalpur, Ganjam. The opposite party No.3 is directed to provide
money to opposite party no.4 in terms of the order dated 19.05.2016 by end of August 2016. The
 order dated 19.05.2016 is modified to the above extent only by keeping the rest part of the o
rder unaltered.

 The misc. case is accordingly disposed of.
 A free copy of the order be handed over to learned Asst. Solicitor General app
earing for opposite party no.3.
