2. Mr. A.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that th
is petitioner has filed the GIA Case No. 85 of 2015 questioning the order dated 26.3.2010 pass
ed by the opp.party no. 2 entitling the petitioner to block grant instead of grant-in-aid havi
ng taken the leave of this Court in a writ which had been earlier filed for quashment of said
order. So in view of the fact that the petitioner has been running for a long time when even j
uniors to him have already received the financial benefit, he urges for disposal of the writ a
pplication with a necessary direction to the Tribunal for disposal of the said GIA case within
a time framed.
Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate submits that the pendency of such place in the Tr
ibunal is high. Considering the submission without expressing any opinion on the merit, the w
rit petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned State Education Tribunal, Odisha,
Bhubaneswar to dispose of GIA Case No.85 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably withi
n a period of eleven months from the date of communication of this order or production of its
certified copy whichever is earlier.
