02. 22.11.2016 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl.
 Standing Counsel.

 The petitioner having been implicated in Kantamal P.S. Case No. 32(3) of 2014
corresponding to G.R. Case No. 77(A) of 2014 on the file J.M.F.C. Kantamal for alleged commiss
ion of offence under section 457/395/34 of IPC read with section 25/27 of Arms Act, has filed
this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

 Considering the submissions and viewing nature of accusations against the peti
tioner, while being not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, it is directed
that in the event the petitioner surrenders in the court below within two weeks hence and move
 for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of in acc
ordance with law, further taking into account the factum of acquittal of the co-accused on bai
l and if similarly situated on the ground of parity as per law, during the first hour so as t
o enable the petitioner to approach the next higher forum during the second half of the day
 in case necessity so arises.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this
order be granted on proper application.
