Case No.604 of 2016 arising out of Berhampur Sadar P.S. Case No.103 of 2016 registered for al
leged commission of offence under sections 379/34, I.P.C. pending in the Court of the learned
S.D.J.M., Berhampur have filed this application for grant of bail in the event of their arrest
in the said case.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Governmen
t Advocate.
Considering the submissions, in view of the nature of accusations and other su
rrounding circumstances of the case, in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed th
at in the event of arrest of the petitioners in the above mentioned case, they be released on
bail with such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the Arresting Office
r with further condition that they will cooperate with the investigation as and when required
by the I.O.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
