el for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a repr
esentation ventilating his grievance before the B.D.O., Kantapada, opposite party no.4 vide An
nexure-3, which is still pending. He further submits that a direction may be issued to the opp
osite party no.4 to dispose of the said representation at an early date.
Considering the innocuous prayer, the petition is disposed of with a direction
to the opposite party no.4 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-3
within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order
