anding Counsel.
Mr. Mekap, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the adv
ertisement issued by the C.D.M.O., Kendrapara, opposite party no.3 inviting application for fi
lling up of the post of ASHA Sathi in Manikipur Sub-Centre in the district of Kendrapara, the
petitioner applied for the same on 27.04.2015. But till date, the select list has not been pu
blished. He submits that the petitioner has submitted her representation to the C.D.M.O., Kend
rapara, opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-4 and a direction may be issued to the opposite part
y no.3 to dispose of the same at an early date.
Considering the innocuous prayer, the writ petition is disposed of with a dire
ction to the opposite party no.3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a p
eriod of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
A free copy be handed over to Ms. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel.
