 Heard Mr.P.K.Satpathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Dash, learned Addit
ional Standing Counsel.
 In this writ application the petitioner has prayed for a direction to Opp. party No.6-
Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Khurda to conclude the hearing of the Dispute Case
No.19 of 2006.

 Finding that this writ petition involves an innocuous prayer, this Court disposes of t
his Writ petition directing the Opp. party No.6-Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Khur
da to conclude the hearing of the Dispute Case No.19 of 2006 providing opportunity of hearin
g to all concerned within a period of four months from the date of communication of this orde
r at the instance of the petitioner.

 The writ application is accordingly disposed of with the direction made hereinabove.
 Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules.
