Heard Mr.M.K.Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioners.
This Writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 12.02.2015 passed by the
Commissioner, Consolidation and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack in R.P. Case No.641 of 2014 under
Annexure-1.
Looking to the tenor of the order, it is made clear that the Revisional Authority pass
ed the order of remand considering the further actions to be taken up by the Tahasildar, Aul i
n the matter of verification of original title of documents, Sabik and Hal RORs and Maps and a
lso taking a decision after conducting field enquiry giving opportunity of being heard to the
parties concerned. Accordingly this Court finds no illegality in the order of remand.
Accordingly, this Writ petition has no merit, consequently stands dismissed.
