disposed of with a direction to the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation to work out the directi
on contained in Amnnexure-5 in the matter of eviction of encroachers by following due process
 of law and giving opportunity of hearing to the persons likely to be affected, within a perio
d of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order at the instance
 of the petitioner.
