3. 03.10.2016 In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for w
ithdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh mutation case.

It appears that in spite of petitioners filing Mutation Case since 2000 and again in the year
2007, their case has not been considered for mutation of the disputed property. Since, there
is long lapse of time, petitioners want to move a fresh mutation case.

Under the circumstances, this writ petition s
tands withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh mutation case within a period
of two weeks hence in such event the proceeding will be taken up and decided within a period
of four months from the date of filing of the case but after compliance of the statutory requ
irements.
