07.09.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted an applicat
ion for removal the forest produce before the Divisional Forest Officer (opp. party No.1) unde
r Annexure-1 on 14.12.2015 with all necessary documents but the same has not yet been consider
ed by the opposite party no.1 who is supposed to decide the same within stipulated period as p
er the provision of the Orissa Timber and other Forest Produce Transit Rules, 1980.
 Learned counsel for the State has no objection for consideration of such application b
y the Divisional Forest Officer-opposite party no.1.

 In view of such submissions made by the respective parties, the opposite party no.1 is
 directed to consider the application made by the petitioner under Annexure-1 as expeditiously
 as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of the cer
tified copy of the order after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and
 also communicate the order to the petitioner within a period one week thereafter.
 The writ application is disposed of.

 It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the entitl
ement of the petitioner to get T.T. permit which shall be considered by the authorities strict
ly in accordance with law.
