This is an application for restoration of Criminal Revision No. 1841 of 2008. As it appears
vide order dated 4.5.2012 passed in Criminal Revision No. 1841 of 2008, the revision petition
was dismissed pursuant to the Court order no.3 dated 9.1.2009 for non filing of the Trial Cour
t judgment.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Trial Court judgment has already b
een filed in the criminal revision petition and the same is available on record and therefore,
the order of dismissal may be set aside and the criminal revision may be restored to file.
Perused the criminal revision records. It is found that the certified copy of the Trial Court
judgment has already been filed.
Learned counsel for the State has no serious objection to the restoration application
filed by the petitioner.
Therefore, Criminal Revision No. 1841 of 2008 is restored to file.
Accordingly, the CRLMA application is disposed of.
