02. 23.08.2016 Heard Shri U.C. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and peruse
d the record.

 2. In view of the nature of order which is being passed, the writ petition is dis
posed of without issuing notice to the opposite parties.

 3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the tender call notice dated 08.07.2016 issued
 by the Odisha Small Industries Corporation Ltd. Raising his grievance the petitioner has alre
ady filed a representation dated 18.08.2016 before the Managing Director, OSIC Ltd.-opposite p
arty No.2.

 4. In our view, no useful purpose would be served by calling for counter affidavi
t and keeping this petition pending.

 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we dispose of the writ pe
tition with the direction that the representation dated 18.08.2016 of the petitioner shall be
considered and decided by opposite party No.2-Managing Director, OSIC Ltd. himself or any othe
r competent authority duly authorized by him, by a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditious
ly as possible, but not later than seven days from the date of filing of certified copy of thi
s order along with a photocopy of the representation dated 18.08.2016 before the opposite part
y no.2.

 6. With the above observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
 Urgent certified copy of this be supplied on proper application.
