 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Government Advocat
e.

 Petitioners in this writ petition assail the Notification dated 29.6.2016 issu
ed by opposite party No.1-Under Secretary to Government of Odisha in the Department of Panchay
ati Raj including the village Narahandi in Dhamanahandi Gram Panchayat under Kotpad Block in t
he district of Koraput.

 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the opposite party No.1 witho
ut considering the report of opposite party No.3-Block Development Officer, Kotpad vide Annexu
re-2, issued the aforesaid notification. Reiterating the grievance petitioners have filed a re
presentation before opposite party No.1 on 1.7.2016 vide Annexure-5 which is still pending.
 Considering the above and without going into the merit of the case, this Court
 disposes of the writ petition with a direction to opposite party No.1 to consider the represe
ntation of the petitioners along with the report of Block Development Officer vide Annexure-2
and dispose of the same after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
