Petitioner in this writ petition seeking for a direction to opposite party No.

Considering the above limited prayer of the petitioner and without going into
the merit of the case this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to opposite pa
rty No.1 to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of com
munication of this order. Requisites for communication of the order shall be filed by 17th May
