 The petitioner is stated to have been allotted with a Kiosk/Booth on relocation of h
is OMFED booth, by the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation. In this regard, decision has been t
aken by the B.M.C. vide Annexure-6. But, vide Annexure-8 another person has already been give
n such benefit. The petitioner, in this regard, is stated to have filed a representation befo
re the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation, vide Annexure-9, and the said representation is stat
ed to be pending.

 Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioner and without going
into the merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner, Bhub
aneswar Municipal Corporation (opp. party no.3) to dispose of the representation of the petiti
oner vide Annexure-9, to relocate his Milk Booth in accordance with law and parity, within two
 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the wr
it petition containing all the Annexures.
