 In this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for a direction to the oppo
site party nos.1 and 5 to allow them to discharge their duties in the respective schools as Sc
hool Coordinators.

 The brief fact of the case of the petitioners is that the petitioners having r
equisite qualifications were appointed as School Coordinators in different High Schools by mak
ing individual agreement pursuant to the resolution dated 18.9.2013 of the Government. While t
he matter stood thus, the State Project Director, Odisha Madhyamika Sikshya Mission, Nayapalli
, Bhubaneswar-opposite party no.5 prevented the petitioners to discharge their duties, for whi
ch the petitioners have filed a representation dated 20.1.2016 vide Annexure-7 before the Comm
issioner-cum-Secretary, School and Mass Education Department-opposite party no.1 which is pend
ing consideration. Hence this writ petition.

 In course of hearing, Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioners submits t
hat a direction may be issued to the opposite party no.1 to dispose of the representation of t
he petitioners.

 Considering the innocuous prayer, this Court disposes of the writ petition wit
h a direction to the opposite party no.1 to dispose of the representation of the petitioners v
ide Annexure-7 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period
 of eight weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. Till disposal o
f the representation of the petitioners, they shall not be disengaged from their services.
