The petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Addl. Secretary to Government of Odisha, Depa
rtment of Higher Education, Bhubaneswar, opposite party no.1, to allow her in the Induction Tr
aining Programme in the next phase.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Adv
ocate for the State-opposite party.
As would be evident from the order dated 04.06.2016 passed by the opposite par
ty no.1, vide Annexure-1, the training programme has started on 10.06.2016.
In view of the fact that the training programme has already been started, it i
s not possible on the part of this Court to grant any relief.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a repr
esentation to the opposite party no.1 on 8.6.2016 vide Annexure-3 to allow her to attend the I
nduction Training in the next phase, which is pending consideration.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to th
e opposite party no.1 to consider the case of the petitioner in the next Induction Training pr
ogramme.
