None appears on behalf of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the opp.party-wife submits that there was a direction of this Cour
t on 16.02.2016 in Misc. Case No. 259 of 2014 to the petitioner to pay cost of Rs.1, 000/- to
the opp.party-wife within seven days but till date that order has not yet been complied with.
Similarly, though it was directed in Misc. Case no. 260 of 2014 on 16.02.2016 that the petitio
ner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/-(rupees fifty thousand) in the shape of account payee ba
nk draft drawn in the name of opp.party-wife in the Trial Court within a month but he has re
ceived instruction from the opp.party-wife that the said order has also not been complied with
by the petitioner.
In view of such submissions made by the learned counsel for the opp.party when the pet
itioner has not complied with the orders dated 16.2.2016 passed in Misc. Case No. 259 of 201 4
and Misc. Case No.260 of 2014, this revision petition stands dismissed.
The Trial Court is free to proceed with the execution case filed by the opp.party-wife
