On his appearance learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that he has no
instruction in the matter. This is a matter of the year 1997.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed for having no instruction.
In view of dismissal of this petition, interim order passed earlier stands vacated and
all the pending Misc. Cases arising out of this petition stand dismissed accordingly.
