This case is taken up today in the National Lok Adalat in presence of learned counsel
for the appellant and learned counsel for respondent no.2.
As agreed between the parties, the claimant-appellant is awarded further enhanced cons
olidated compensation amount of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand), on which no interest is
payable.

The Insurance Company respondent no.2 is directed to deposit the further enhanced con
solidated compensation amount of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with the learned Tribuna
l within two months hence and on deposit of the amount, the same shall be disbursed to the cla
imant on proper identification.
