This appeal by the claimant-appellant is directed against the judgment/award dated 06.
9.2005, passed by the learned 2nd Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Cuttack, in Misc.Case No.124
6 of 1990, awarding an amount of Rs.1,75,000/- as compensation along with interest @ 6% per an
num from 23.8.2003, till realization. The appellant seeks enhancement of the compensation amou
nt.
Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the findings of the learned Tribu
nal as given in the impugned award and the reasons assigned in support of the same, no impropr
iety or illegality can be said to have been committed by the learned Tribunal so as to warrant
any interference in this appeal.
The appeal being devoid of merit, the same is accordingly dismissed.
