07. 04.2.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel f
or the Vigilance Department.
Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the nature of all
egations made against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petiti
oner in Cuttack Vigilance P.S. Case No.03 of 2010, corresponding to Vigilance G.R. Case No.03
of 2010, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cuttack, he shall be relea
sed on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may
deem just and proper.
It is needless to say that the petitioner shall appear before the Inve
stigating Officer as and when required and cooperate in the investigation.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Issue urgent c
ertified copy as per rules.
