Learned counsel for the appellant-Railway submits that though
the appeal filed against the award passed by the learned Railway Claims Tribunal, Bhubaneswar
Bench, Bhubaneswar, in O.A. No.27 of 2006, in the order dated 05.2.2016, the original applicat
ion number has been wrongly reflected as 221 of 2008. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to c
orrect the same.
Considering the submissions made, in paragraph-2 of the order
dated 05.2.2016, O.A. No.221 of 2008 be corrected as 27 of 2006.
Misc. Case is accordingly disposed of.
