This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated
23.11.2015, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Bargarh, in C.S. No.57/129 of 20
11, allowing the application of the defendant-petitioner filed under Order 6 Rule 17 C.P.C. fo
r amendment of the plaint.
Considering the submissions made, I do not find any infirmity
in the impugned order so as to warrant any interference.

ingly dismissed.
