This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated
07.11.2015, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Kujang, in I.A. No.76 of 2015, a
rising out of C.S. No.69 / (E) 887 of 2015, rejecting the application of the plaintiff-petitio
ner, for continuation of the order of status quo passed, vide order dated 15.07.2015.
Considering the submissions made and keeping in view the findi
ngs of the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Kujang, I do not find any infirmity in the impu
gned order so as to warrant any interference.
CMP and Misc. Case being devoid of merits, the same are accord
ingly dismissed.
