06.12.2016 This petition challenges the order dated 27.07.2016 passed by the learned Additiona
l Civil Judge (Senior Division), Balasore in C.S. No. 28 of 2005-I. By the said order, the le
arned trial court rejected the application of the plaintiff to call for the case record wherei
n the permission was accorded to sell the land.
Mr. P.K. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the learned Commiss
ioner of Endowments has not accorded permission to sell the land. Fraud has been committed. In
view of the same, an application was filed to bring the record.
It is open to the plaintiff to bring the orders of the learned Commissioner of Endo
wments according permission for selling the land. Learned trial court shall grant time to the
plaintiff to bring the documents.
With this observation, this petition is disposed of.
