05.12.2016 The grievance of the petitioner is that the names of the beneficiaries of Nara
yanpur village, P.O.-Ada, P.S.-Simulia in the district of Balasore has not been included in th
e final list prepared under Annexure-4 for Pradhan Mantri Abas Yojana (PMAY) or Biju Pucca Gha
r Yojana.
In view of the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner, this writ petiti
on is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner files a representation before the
Collector, Balasore, opposite party no.2 within a period of fifteen days from today, the oppo
site party no.2 shall do well to consider the same and pass an appropriate order within a peri
od of eight weeks thereafter.
