onal Government Advocate.

 Mr. Satpathy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner b
elongs to BPL category and a house under Indira Awas Yojana was sanctioned in favour of his wi
fe on 17.02.2010 vide Annexure-1. But, the money could not be released. In view of the fact t
hat there is a dispute with regard to the land. In the meantime, the same has been resolved.
Thereafter, the petitioner filed a representation to the B.D.O., Derabish, opposite party no.3
, which is pending before the opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-6. He further submits that a
direction may be issued to the B.D.O., Derabish, opposite party no.3 to dispose of the represe
ntation at an early date.

 Considering the innocuous prayer, the petition is disposed of with a direction
 to the opposite party no.3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure-6
 within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
