tate.

 The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.449 of 2016 on th
e file of learned S.D.J.M., Panposh registered under Sections 143/341/294/323/506/302/ 149, I.
P.C.

 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that all the co-ac
cused persons excepting one Nitesh Oram who allegedly assaulted the deceased causing one head
injury which ultimately resulted in his death, have already been granted with bail in differen
t bail applications before this Court as well as by the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Rour
kela. The said accused persons have been granted bail with the specific observation that the v
ictim sustained one head injury and as per the statement of the eye-witnesses the accused Nite
sh Oram was the assailant.

 Considering the submissions and the materials placed before th
e Court, it is directed that the petitioner be released on bail by furnishing bond of Rs.20,00
0/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties for the like amount to the satisfaction of the
learned S.D.J.M., Panposh in G.R. Case No.449 of 2016 with the conditions that he shall not de
fault in personal attendance of the court during trial at least on two consecutive dates.
