The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.113 of 2016 on the file of learned S.D.J.M.
, Chhatrapur registered under Sections 399/402, I.P.C. read with Section 25(1-B) (a) of the Ar
ms Act and Sections 4 and 5 of the E.S. Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 29.0
3.2016.
Learned counsel on behalf of the State submits that the petitioner has seven criminal an
tecedents in different types of offences.
However, considering the alleged nature of offences and the period of detention, it is d
irected that let the petitioner be released on bail by furnishing bond of Rs.15,000/-(rupees f
ifteen thousand) with two sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D
.J.M., Chhatrapur in G.R. Case No.113 of 2016 with conditions that he shall not involve himse
lf in any criminal activity, shall not default in personal attendance of the court during tria
l on each date and shall report before the I.I.C. Ganjam of Police Station once in every month
for next three months.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
