The petitioner, who is implicated in the offence punishable U/S. 302 IPC and o
ther allied offences, is stated to be similarly circumstanced with the co-accused persons, nam
ely, Arjuna Pradhani, Dhanurjaya Horijan and Bhagaban Paraja, who are stated to have already b
een released on bail by different orders of this Court in different bail applications.
Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate does not dispute such position.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial in the case has also com
menced in the meantime.
Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid
ence of the petitioner, ground of parity and stage of the proceeding, it is directed that the
petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Jeypore in C.T. Case
No.74 of 2015 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The bail application is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
