03. 22.08.2016 The petitioners having been implicated in G.R. Case No. 215 of
2016 arising out of Bansada P.S. Case No.103 of 2016 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C.
, Chandbali for alleged commission of offence under section 341/294/323/325/307/506/379/34 of
IPC have filed this application for grant of bail in the event of their arrest in the said cas
e.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Govt. Advocate
Considering the submissions and viewing nature of allegations, while being not inclined
to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, it is observed that the in the event the petiti
oners surrender in the court below within two weeks hence and move for their release on bail,
the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of in accordance with law, further
taking into account the factum of release of the co-accused persons on bail and if similarly
situated on the ground of parity, during the first hour so as to enable the petitioners to ap
proach the next higher forum during the second half of the day in case necessity so arises.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
