04. 22.08.2016 The petitioner having been implicated in Banpur P.S. Case No.
127 of 2016 arising from ICC Case No. 12 of 2016 on the file of J.M.F.C., Banpur for alleged c
ommission of offence under section 420/323/506/294 of IPC has filed this application for grant
 of bail in the event of her arrest in the said case.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner is an agent of
 the Sai Prakash Group of Company in which money of the complainant has been deposited and in
fact this petitioner who is an young unmarried and unemployed lady has also deposited some amo
unt like that and the allegation is that the money has not been paid back to the complainant o
n demand. So, he urges for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as there stands no suc
h legal impediment.

 Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the fact that the role of this
petitioner is that of an agent.

 Considering the submissions and viewing the nature of offences and role of thi
s petitioner, when she has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in ABLAPL No.
6170 of 2016, and as there stands no such legal impediment, I am inclined to direct that in th
e event of her arrest in Banpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016 arising out of ICC Case No. 12 of 2
016 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Banpur, she be released on bail by the Arresting
 Officer with such terms and conditions as would be deemed fit and proper with further conditi
on that she will co-operate with the investigation as and when required.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this
order be granted on proper application.
