21.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.147 of 2016 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote registered under Sections 341/294/323/354-B/506/34, I.P.C. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the alleged occurrence took place on a vehicular accident.

 Considering the submissions and the alleged nature of offences, it is directed that the
petitioners on surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Khallikote in the aforesaid case shall b
e released on bail by furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with one surety
 for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said court with the condition that they shall
appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

 The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
