 The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.382 of 2015 on the file of learned J.M.F.C
., Kodala registered under Sections 341/294/354/323/506/379, I.P.C.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the matter arose out of a private comp laint due to some personal dispute.

Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner o n surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Kodala in the aforesaid case shall be released on bai l by furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with one surety for the like amount t o the satisfaction of the said court with the condition that he shall appear before the Inves tigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
