21.04.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learne
d counsel for the State.

 The petitioners are accused in C.T. Case No.183 of 2016 on the file of learned S.D.J.M.
, Deogarh registered under Section 395, I.P.C.
 Learned counsel on behalf of the State submits that a report, as called for, has not ye
t been received.

 However, it is submitted and placed on behalf of the petitioners that the informant in
this case one Debasis Dash-opposite party no.2 appearing through Advocate has filed an affidav
it that neither he has lodged the F.I.R. nor any F.I.R. has been signed by him as placed in th
is case.

 It is further submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the case has been manufactured
 by the police to harass the petitioners.

 Considering the submissions and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed t
hat the petitioners on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Deogarh within a week hence in t
he aforesaid case shall be released on bail by furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thous
and) each with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said court. Interim
protection granted earlier shall continue till then.

 The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.

 Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
