ounsel for the State.

 Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner, it
is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in Sri Lingaraj P.S. Case No.19 of 2
016, corresponding to C.T. Case No.556 of 2016, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Bhuba
neswar, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as
the arresting officer may deem just and proper.

 The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
