counsel for the State.
Considering submissions made and keeping in view the nature of
allegations made against the petitioners, it is directed that in the event the petitioners su
rrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Chatrapur, in G.R. Case No.260 of 2015, arising out of Ma
rine P.S. Case No.05 of 2015, within four weeks hence and move for bail, they shall be release
d on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
