2. 19.4.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel
for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that other co-accused pe
rsons similarly situated have already been released on bail in the meantime.
On consideration of the nature of allegations made against the petitio
ners, it is directed that in the event the petitioners surrender before the learned S.D.J.M.,
Banki, in G.R.Case No.81 of 2016, arising out of Baideswar P.S. Case No.20 of 2016 and move fo
r bail, the same shall be disposed of in the first hour so as to enable them to move the highe
r forum on the same day in the event of rejection. Case Diary be made available. Records, if n
ecessary, be transmitted at the cost of the petitioners.
It is needless to say that learned court below, while considering the
bail application of the petitioners, shall see whether they stand on the similar footing as th
e other co-accused persons, who have been released on bail and pass necessary orders in accord
ance with law.
The ABLAPL is disposed of.
