Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner, it
is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in Khantapada P.S. Case No.18 of 201
6, corresponding to C.T. Case No.2(C) of 2016, pending in the court of learned Special Court-c
um-Addl. District Sessions Judge, Balasore, he shall be released on bail by the arresting offi
cer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
