The petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence un
der Sections 420, 341, 294 and 506 of the IPC in G.R. Case No.123 of 2016 of the court of lear
ned S.D.J.M., Jajpur, arising out of Jajpur Sadar P.S. Case No.13 of 2016.
Keeping in view the fact that two criminal cases are pending against the prese
nt petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accord
ingly, his application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
This Court gives liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned S.D
.J.M., Jajpur in the aforesaid case within twenty-one working days hence and pray for bail. On
such event, his bail application shall be considered and disposed on the same day, keeping in
view, the mandate under Section 41 of Cr.P.C and judgment rendered by the Honble Supreme Cour
t in the case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar, AIR 2014 SC 2756.
The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .
