21.6.2016. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for th
e State.

2. Petitioner is apprehending arrest for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 40
6/420/34 of the I.P.C. in C.T. Case No.179/2016 of the court of learned S.D.J.M., Balasore ari
sing out of Basta P.S. Case No.17/2016.

3. The only allegation against the present petitioner, who happens to be the Secretary of
 S.G.H. that she has not given the balance food stuff to the Headmaster and President of the
School till lodging of the F.I.R. The petitioner is a lady. None of the offences alleged to h
ave been committed by her are punishable with terms of imprisonment exceeding seven years. She
 is a permanent resident of village Kothapada in the district of Balasore. Hence there is no
chance of her absconding from justice.

4. Keeping in view the aforesaid consideration and the facts of the case, application for a
nticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of arrest of the petitioner in the aforesaid case, s
he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as deemed j
ust and proper by him. However, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the investigatio
n.
